Miss Tess & The Talkbacks
Miss Tess & The Talkbacks
Infused with classic country, rhythm & blues, swamp pop and early rock n’ roll, now Nashville-based Miss Tess is an embodiment of everything that it still home grown in America. On her newest release, Baby, We All Know, she continues to explore her own personal crossroads of American roots music in a way that is fresh and personal. Always having a knack for catching timeless qualities in her music, she provides a diligent mix of grooves and tempos while backed by top-notch musicians including guitar ace and co-conspirator Thomas Bryan Eaton on telecaster and pedal steel. The album was included in the Top 100 played albums on the Americana Music Charts and received significant critical acclaim.
Dharma Bombs
Dharma Bombs
Dharma Bombs formed in the heart of the Commonwealth with the intent to spread Appalachian music with a heaping side of jazz and country. We are a folk band equipped with a full horn section, lyrical swing, and a yearning to stir the dust off the dance floor. With diverse backgrounds from the swampy sounds of Baton Rouge to the crooning twang of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Dharma Bombs is a confluence between folk music born on the street corners and ridge lines of America. Hoot and holler, stomp and clap, twang and sang with the rowdy Dharma Bombs as they spread their special brand of American roots music.
